Free Trial Class

I’m a big fan of trying before you buy.

All first sessions with me are free – be it a Bootcamp session or a one on one.

I believe it is important in your health and fitness journey for you to connect with your trainer.

I’m not an all-singing, all-dancing, tik tok extraordinaire. I don’t believe I am here to entertain you – if that happens, it’s a happy accident!

My aim is to educate and empower you to move safely and effectively for you.

  • You don’t need to have a certain level of fitness. Start where you are with what you have.
  • It is ideal if you have clearance from a women’s health physio.
  • We train in all weather because we have covered space
  • Class sizes are capped so you get the attention you need and there’s no hiding in the back!

You can sign up anytime but it’s best at the beginning of term so you get the most out of the training block.
