My outdoor bootcamps are a fun, challenging and safe way for women of all fitness levels to make movement a natural part of your day. Here’s what you can expect from Encompass Fitness Bootcamps:

You’ll feel inspired and motivated to push yourself, but I’ll always encourage you to listen to your body and adapt where needed.

We start every session with breathing and activation exercises, to support your deep core muscles and pelvic floor. I will meet you where you are and adapt any exercises for your injuries, pregnancy or trouble spots.

Our workouts are fun, the exercises are varied and you’ll be part of a supportive community of like-minded mums ready to move, laugh and encourage each other.

Once you start gaining confidence in your movement and fitness, it will spill over into other areas of your life, with benefits for the whole family.

My bootcamps encompass aspects of fitness, nutrition and wellbeing to help you live a healthy, balanced life.

I host sessions across the week during school terms, at the Glenfield Rugby Club on Auckland’s North Shore. You can even bring along your baby or toddler to the 9.30am sessions – just let me know in advance.
